Shipping Methods

Standard Ground
Standard Shipping is the default shipping method for most items and includes delivery by a small parcel carrier.

Priority Ground
Priority Ground Shipping includes 1-3 day delivery by a small parcel carrier. Priority Ground shipments are prioritized to pack and ship earlier than Standard Ground shipments.

Expedited
Expedited Shipping includes second day delivery by a small parcel carrier, once the items ship. Processing time is additional and will vary by product.

Express
Express Shipping includes next day delivery by a small parcel carrier, once the items ship. Processing time is additional and will vary by product.

Cost Saver
Cost Saver Shipping is a more economical shipping method that includes initial transportation by a small parcel carrier and final delivery by the U.S. Postal Service.

Curbside Delivery
Delivery will be made to the curb, or to the receiving area/dock for a business. The delivery carrier will contact you to provide a 4-hour delivery window once the items have arrived in your area. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery.

Basic (Porch or Driveway)
The delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest dry area outside your home; typically the front door, porch, or driveway in front of the garage. There are no scheduled appointments for Basic Delivery. You do not need to be present at the time of delivery.

Threshold (Inside Entryway)
Includes delivery to the first available area in the home, such as the entryway, garage or backyard. The carrier will contact you to provide a 4-hour delivery window once the items have arrived in your area. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. For Express Delivery from Store only, 2 hour, 4 hour or all day delivery windows are scheduled online at time of purchase. Appliance deliveries will not be carried above more than three stair steps, anymore will be at the discretion of the delivery team.

Room of Choice
Includes delivery to the room of your choice (within two flights of stairs), unpacking and packaging removal. Assembly service is not included. The carrier will contact you to provide a 4-hour delivery window once the items have arrived in your area. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery.

Outside Delivery
For Express Delivery from Store, the delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest dry area outside your home; typically the front door, porch, or driveway in front of the garage. A 2 hour, 4 hour or all day delivery window option is scheduled online at time of purchase. You do not need to be present at the time of delivery.

Depot Direct Delivery
For major appliances, a delivery calendar with available delivery dates will be presented during the checkout process. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery.

Certified Professional Delivery
Includes shipping to a certified professional who will assemble and perform a complete inspection of the item. Please note the tracking information provided with the shipping confirmation will reflect the delivery to the certified professional’s location. Once your item is ready, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment where the certified professional will review with you how to operate and maintain the product.

Outdoor Equipment Delivery
Outdoor Equipment Delivery includes unpacking, assembly and packaging removal. The carrier will contact you to provide a 4-hour delivery window once the items have arrived in your area. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery.

Bulk Delivery
Bulk Delivery is made by a delivery truck. The carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. Customer-supplied tarps are recommended to protect property.

Return Policy 

Effective March 15, we will resume our standard policy of a 90-day return period.

Purchases made prior to March 15 still qualify for the 180-day return period. Most new, unopened merchandise sold by The E Z Home Systems can be returned within 180 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. If your purchase was made with The E Z Home Systems Consumer Credit Card, The E Z Home Systems Commercial Revolving Charge, or The E Z Home Systems Commercial Account, you have 365 days from date of purchase to receive a full refund, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via The E Z Home Systems store credit (“Store Credit”) as determined by The E Z Home Systems. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit. 

If you’re missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit or debit card or by check may be located in our system within 30 days of purchase. Receipts for purchases made with The E Z Home Systems Consumer Credit Card, The E Z Home Systems Commercial Revolving Charge, or The E Z Home Systems Commercial Account may be located in our system within 365 days of purchase. 

Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by The E Z Home Systems. Exceptions may apply (including Express Delivery and Major Appliance). Items must be returned with all components for a full refund. 

Written copies of The E Z Home Systems’ Return Policy will be provided upon request. 

RETURN TO STORE We require a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification for non-receipted returns and returns generated from purchases made with Store Credits. The E Z Home Systems uses a third-party refund verification system. All returns are subject to verification system approval.
