Product Description

Secret Hitler is a dramatic game of political intrigue and betrayal set in 1930’s Germany. Players are secretly divided into two teams – liberals and fascists. Known only to each other, the fascists coordinate to sow distrust and install their cold-blooded leader. The liberals must find and stop the Secret Hitler before it’s too late.

Each round, players elect a President and a Chancellor who will work together to enact a law from a random deck. If the government passes a fascist law, players must try to figure out if they were betrayed or simply unlucky. Secret Hitler also features government powers that come into play as fascism advances. The fascists will use those powers to create chaos unless liberals can pull the nation back from the brink of war.

Secret Hitler is hands down one of the most enjoyable board games I have had the pleasure of playing. While it may come with a slightly higher price tag, the entertainment and excitement it delivers make it worth every penny. The theme and gameplay are captivating, immersing players in a thrilling atmosphere where trust is tested, alliances are formed, and suspicions run high. Each round is filled with tension and strategic decision-making, keeping everyone engaged and invested from start to finish. One of the highlights of Secret Hitler is its impeccable game design. The rules are well-crafted, striking a perfect balance between simplicity and depth. The mechanics are easy to grasp, allowing newcomers to quickly get involved, while the various roles and strategies add layers of complexity that keep the game fresh and exciting even after multiple plays. What truly sets Secret Hitler apart is the dynamic and interactive gameplay it offers. The social deduction element creates an atmosphere of suspicion and excitement, leading to intense debates, unexpected twists, and memorable moments. It is a game that sparks lively discussions and laughter, making it perfect for gatherings with friends and family. While the initial investment may seem slightly high, the countless hours of entertainment and the sheer enjoyment that Secret Hitler brings make it worth every cent. It is a game that will undoubtedly become a staple in your board game collection, delivering endless fun and intrigue for years to come.In conclusion, Secret Hitler is an exceptional board game that combines a captivating theme, clever mechanics, and interactive gameplay to provide one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences out there. Despite its initial cost, the hours of entertainment and laughter it brings make it a fantastic investment. This is the most fun game I have ever played in my life. I used to work 12+ hour shifts and my job a lot of the time was like standby swat team so there were at lot of times where we sat down and played for the entire shift and we never got tired of it, it was so much fun. It is okay with 5-6 people, but honestly we just didn’t play most of the time if we didn’t have 7+ players so I would definitely recommend getting at least 7 players together to make the game more fun. This game never gets old and it’s also not one of those games that is luck based, it’s about your detective skills or lying skills depending on which side you’re on and it’s about strategy and team work and also your ability to influence other players for good or for bad. Can’t say enough good things about this game, it has been the best way to kill time and created great memories, literally my favorite game ever.

It’s a really fun game. Easy to learn. It was the best birthday gift for my husband.

Our friends brought this over for one of our game nights, and it was a blast! So naturally we had to buy it ourselves. You tend to really get into your rolls, there is a lot of poker face needed as well as critical thinking. We played for hours, without tiring out. I would not suggest as a family game as I think the rules would be hard to follow for anyone under their recommended age limit, but if you host game nights for your friends this would be the perfect addition to any board game collection.

This is our famille’s favorite game. Every time we are all together we play this game and it gets super intense. It does take a bit to understand and really get good at it but after a few rounds it gets really fun! Worth it!

My family and I absolutely LOVE this game. Almost every time we play a game with the family we play this. We also bring it on a lot of our vacations because it is a family favorite and is pretty small. It came with all of the pieces and arrived in perfect condition. Once you get the hang of it, it will be your favorite. I know that it says ages 17+, but it is probably just because of the difficulty of the game. I would say ages 10+ for the difficulty, although it might take them a little longer to start winning. If you want, you can have children partner up with another player, because it still includes them. An 11 year old in my family loves this game and wins just as much as the rest of us. As long as you’re okay with lying to your family and friends, this is one of the best games I’ve ever played!!

I’ve played a lot of secret roll board games such as Spyfall, Werewolf, and Bang but this one takes the cake. The board and cards are very high quality and will withstand a life time. It is a little more complicated but if you have any experience with board games you’ll catch on quick. I would recommend anyone to try it out!

    An excellent game
Best played with five or more people. An excellent bluffing game. It’s got little to do with politics or Germany really. This is similar to werewolf in concept and very easy to learn.Actually it is more fun being a “fascist” in this game as you have to be subversive and try not to get discovered.Great fun.
