This is our new favorite game! It’s so much fun to play! I recommend watching a video tutorial on how to play, it really helped us get started, but once you get the hang of it it’s really simple and a lot of fun! The board is changed every time you play so the games are different every time which makes it stay fresh and interesting. We plan to get some expansion packs soon to see how they enhance the experience. I’m really glad we got this game and I absolutely recommend it! It is for 3-4 players, but there are official rules you can find online so you can play with 2 players. We play two players all the time it is so much fun regardless!

I love this board game, but it is easier to learn it from someone who already knows the rules because it is decently complicated. This game is high quality with vibrant colors and well-made game pieces. I love playing this game, but please note that you technically need at least 3 people to play, although I have played with 2 before. Also you must buy the expansion pack to have more than 5 or 6 players. Super fun strategy game, similar to “Ticket to Ride.”

There’s a reason this game is so popular! It was a little intimidating to learn the rules the first time, but we got it down quickly and it immediately became a family favorite. It’s a perfect mix of strategy and luck, and I love that the game changes a little every time based on the randomization of the board. I’ve already purchased the expansion pack for 5-6 players as well as the Knights and Barbarians expansion.

Received the Catan game and was excited to learn. Once you start playing it’s easy to learn and is a ton of fun. Unfortunately when we set up the game we had one missing piece (an orange city). I don’t want to return the game because well we can make it work and it’s a huge hassle. I tried to go to product support that lead me down the path to the catan website that states if there are missing parts to contact the seller because all Catan games are not made by one specific company. Well I have no clue who actually made the game that sold me and the only option I have is to return the game for a replacement….I just need an orange city lol. Super bummed the part was missing but with that being said if you are looking for a fun family game don’t hesitate to buy this. It states ages 10+ but I would suggest this more for 14+ because you do have to really pay attention and there is a lot of thought tactic to win as well.
